What is the differance between Digital Energy meter &
Static energy meter? why the KWH diferance between both
meters.
Answer Posted / chirag kakadiya
static energy meter is working on the principle of
electromegnetic indunction and the meter is operated if
certain saturation current pass through the coil which
produce torque in that metal disc and it rotate so some time
if the load on meter is minor so that current passed through
the coil is not enough to produce the torque to rotate the
disc. where as in digital energy meter ,working of energy
meter is through small electronic chip which sense the minor
to minor current pass through it. THIS IS THE DIFFRENCE
between digital and static energy meter and we may better
know that due to this different if minor load is supplied
through the meter than KWH reading diffrence found between
both the meters.
