1. Any relation between lost of Cost Center in OM and
implementation SAP-HR ? 2. we have case that a relationship
of Cost Center for some Org. Unit in OM is lost without any
Symptom, please give an information what the reason for
that case?

Yes.there should be maintained relationship between Cost center to Org Unit in OM, i.e A011.
