Hi this is swapna,
According to me today HR plays a very vital role in any
organisation.Today it is called as the moher of every
organisation and is the very important field of
management.Each and every organisation has a certain
goals,aims and objectives and every organisation consist of
People which contributes a major role.Task of HR according
to me is to bring the people and the organisation together
so that each and every goal of the organisation is achieved
successfully.It is just that we have to choose a right
person at the right place and at the right time...
