I have two plants one is in india and another one is
uk,both plants are have same vendor, and same purchase
organisation.you can maintain different caleculation schema
for both plants?

I think it is possible to have different calculation schema for both the plants because they should belong to 2 different company codes (as there are in different countries)
The 2 plants are separate valuation areas which can have their own price controls and their own sets of info records in combination with vendor schema.
