P:Propotional, decides the action for eleminate the error
(error = Process Value -Set Point)but generate Offset
I:Integral, It will eleminate the Offset which is generated
by the Proportional gain but generate continous oscillation
in the system
D:Derivativeto, make action slugish & Stable.
