lpng term schedular dictates what processes are to run on a
system and the degree of concurrency to be sopported at any
one time.
mid term schedular temporarily removes processes from main
memory and places them on secondary memory and vice versa.
short term schedular decides which of the ready ,in-memory
processes are to be executed next following a clock
interupt,an to i/o interupt , an os call or another form of
signal.
