Direct espanses are those expanses which are directly
incurred to produce the products .inndirect expanses are
those expanses which are going to incurr when to sale the
products.
simply we can say direct expanses are which appeared in
trading aaccount debit balances
indirect expanses are which appeared in profit and loss
account debit balances.

in insolvency we have to prepare deficiency account but why we do not prepare this account as per general principle i.e Dr Cr To By etc , and deficiency account is which account?
