both the valves are helps to protect the Circuit /
Installations(Pneumatic / Hydraulics)
Pneumatic : Safety valves helps to release excess pressure
from the reservoir
Hydraulic : PRVs used to bypass the excess pressure to the
Sump / Tank ...etc
