vlan (virtual LAN) is created over the physical lan in
order to provide the security n prevent the access of any
one department from other............considering an eg of a
college campus.....there are various departments like
accounting.liberary database department so ,vlans are there
to prevent the access of any documentary part of any
department from other departments
