high sev, high prior--> if any bug is acting like a show
stopper...(with out fixing the bug....we cant proceed
further)
high sev, low prior--->if a bug is very severe and if the
application can be run along with the presence of bug.as
per time being if that bug is not that much severe to stop
production.
low severe, high priority:GUI defects-->spelling
mistakes....
low severe, low prior--->like title allignment ...some
millimeters left...
if a buttons text<<next>> is in caps.... that means
ignorable defects.....
with these...u can imagine day to day examples
