difference between user exit and customer exit dont tell
both are same but there is another difference is there if

technically user exits are modifications because we r
changing code of sapnamespace object.
this r empty subroutines
we have to write our code in this
sap cal this subroutine in progrram

i have executed a report via back ground job, in this report i have used enqueue and dequeue function modules on a table, but before releasing the lock(before dequeue function module is not call) job gives the dump, so the lock is not released the table, here my question is how to set the lock automatically release the there is a short dump before calling the dequeue module?
