8=a (start of the pattern)
8*(2)+4=20
8*(3)+4=24
8*(5)+4=44
8*(7)+4=60
8*(11)+4=92
8*(13)+4=108
you see the pattern involoves prime numbers 2,3,5,7,11,13...
multiply by 8 and add 4
so the required pattern is
8,20,24,44,60,92,108....
