Wall base foundation is generally construct where soil
bearing capacity is high. it is usally restricted to two
storeid buildg. it's cost is lower than pillar foundation
and usally construct where no recuired of modification
Pillar base found. is recuire where soil bearing capacity
is lower and heavy load structure. Generraly it is
construct in multi stotreid building.
