diff b/w stress testing and load testing?

Load testing- In this type of performance testing system or
application is equipped with suitable environment and just
the load on the system is increased like no. of concurrent
users and response time etc. are measured.
In stress testing however system's upper limits are tested.
Stress corresponds to choking. Similarly application is
given challenging environment and its robustness is checked
whether it wil survive with heavy load and poor OS etc.
