the basic difference is that micro controller is task
oriented where as micro processor can execute the
instructions parellelly.in the sence at a time we can open
no of processes but in micro controllers we cant.
2. the other is microcontroller has all memory and io ports
on single chip .but where as in micro processor we need to
connect each and and every elements externally.
3.micro controller has harvard architecture but whe as
micro processor has von neumann architecture.

• The silicon of a new device has memory leak. When all "0" are written into RAM, it reads back all "0" whithout any problem. When all "1" are written, only 80% of memory cells are read back correctly. What can be possibly the problem with the RAM?
