1 FEET IS EQUALS TO 12 INCH
given 8 feet rate is 3 doller
8*12 inch rate is 3*100 cent
96 inch rate is 300 cent
1 inch rate is (300/96)
16 inch rate is 16*(300/16)=50 CENT
SO FINAL ANSWER IS 50 CENT
