the calibration of UV.Vis. spectrophotometer????

becoz.. in UV SPECTROSCOPY we genrally measure the
concentration of the compund by measuring the absorbance of
the particular solution ...but if u use HCL OR HNO3 there
they will surely react wiht the compound and degrade or
alter the compund........
