how system picks up pricing while doing billing?

sorry i was wrong the system picks the pricing from the
3 secenarios
1. from the condtion table ( vk11)
2. from the pricing proccedure
3. from copy controls which takes order - order ; delivery -
billing
and order tobilling but it mostely taken fro the condtion
table vk13 or even condtion records vk30
