i am a student from nepal applying for f-1 student visa to
study in usa. i have sufficent funds for study purpose with
my maternal uncle being a sponsor from US. i have some ties
to the country like, property, assets, and i am the only
son. but there is only one problem i have score 62.13% in
SLC but in 10+2 it is only 52.60% and IELTS score of 6.0.
that means i am not a serious student, can this problem
cause for the denial of visa, please answer it, if no then
please suggest me what to do? or please provide me a reason
for " why low marks "

he is saying truth.
But i believe the bigger issue is that why ur uncle is
sponsoring your education.
Try to find out the answer for that.
try to explain like:
I am almost like his son,he has no children,so I am like his
children & he wants me to study well & do good in my career.
that way my uncle is sponsoring my education.

Dear , thanks for helping me out with all the informations provided in this website. i got rejected for f1 visa twice in this month (dec) in Hyderabad vo said ur not elgible for student visa vat i have to do now (i got less scores gre 810 btech 55% and having 10 backlogs but for the gre i got letter from ets mentioning that there is problem with the validation of my exam thats why they are offering me to re test for the free of cost) i want to apply for the next time in Chennai vat will u suggest me thank u

I have applied for an undergraduate course in America and got admitted, but the problem is i have done my undergraduate in India also. So I was wondering will they give me F-1 Visa again. because i have heard that once u do undergraduate they do dont give visa again for undergraduate. Also if I still sit for an interview and they reject me, is it true, that i will never ever get Visa again.
Hello, i am Suraj. I got rejected on my ineterview on december 8th and have again taken the date for 17th.During my interview a guy quarreled with the interview taking person and then the same girl took my interview. My all documents are upto date bank balance is enough,self property is good,watevr she asked i told her fluently but also she rejected telling me that ma income source is not enough. I dont understand why i got rejected. The friends who had taken the interveiw along with me got selected though their family background is more poor than mine. i am afraid i will get rejected again. hello sir sir i want to let you know that my application had been not checked at the mumbai embassy they straight away told me that i belong to southern region and i must go to chennai. now, i am planning for chennai embassy will there be any question about why u went to mumbai first as i want to describe in briefly that uptill my intermediate i completed my studies in mumbai and then i came to hyderabad and completed my undergraduation so even my parents stay in mumbai even i have a home over there.my dad is a government employee there so what should i have to say at the interview if they asks me why i first went to mumbai embassy.
