Purchase material & lease the same. In this cases vat & service tax which is appicable?
One of my client in Mumbai has dispatche the goods to Delhi distributor with tax invoice after charging CST 2%.But Road permit was given by the Delhi distributor and also goods has not been caught at any check nakas of delhi and Finally goods were dekivered to Delhi distributor. Whether it is required under Delhi sales tax act to submit the Road permit to get the C Forms?
If we are taking Input credit on purchase on the basis of origal VAT Invoices,but party didn't pay the tax to the the sales tax department.Is there is any provision in VAT laws that our Input Tax will be disallowed on that basis. sir if a bank declares NPA on one property and auctioned in bank auction even though the said subject is there in DRT and the Loanee got adverse order and filed the same with ADRT and got permitted to pay the amount and paid the amount to the Bank. sir now the question is will the loanee has to pay the interest to the bank during the NPA declared date to to the date of repayment of the Loan amount.
