dilutionlaw N1V1=N2V2, generally dilution means high
concentration to lower concentration by adding solvent.
So question is irrelivent to tell answer and volume of
required solution not mentioned.
So it is better to ask a question like this
How will you convert a 8 Normal solution to 6 Normal
solution of 100mL volume?
