you have a mixture of dNTPs(deoxynucleotide triphosphates)in a
sample.how can you separate these all?

Answer Posted / jvishuu007

this may be done by the use of affinity chromatography.take a matrix lablled with dATP in a column.run the mixture from the top of column.only dTTP will bind to the column, rest are eluted.this dTTP then separated from matrix by increasing temperature..use this concept to separate other dNTPs.
