It is a boot process BIOS checks cpu and supporting chip
8250 of CPU then 16 kb RAM and display after 1 beep then it
checks the remaining RAM and hardware in CMOS then boot
sequence then eventully it checks booting files (I.O.SYS,
MS DOS.SYS , NTLDR) It all is done by BIOS
