business for the current year is known as capital revenue
ex:salaries,rent,interest etc
capital expenditure:the amount spent for purchases of fixed
assets which have long life and which are useful for the
long term benifits of the business isknown as capital
expenditure
ex:land,buildings,machinery,furniture
