PROBLEM IN VISA INTERVIEW DUE TO MY BACKLOGS I HAVE???

Backlogs will not be a problem and you have mentioned that

Hello, I did MBA in Finance already from UK, but I even want to study MS in computer science. During my visa interview If I asked "Why do you want to go to US for a second master’s degree?", how do I answer it appropriately. Can I get few suggestions please?
I HAVE APPLIED FOR US STUDENT VISA IN DECEMEBR 16. I GOT REJECTION. NOW I AM GOING TO APPLY SECOND TIME IN FEBRUARY. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THESE QUESTIONS. 1) HOW MUCH FINANCE I HAVE TO SHOW? 2) WHAT SHOULD I SAY WHEN THEY ASK ME THAT WHAT HAVE YOU MADE NEW CHANGES AFTER VISA REJECTION? 3) WHY HAVE YOU CHANGED YOUR UNIVERSITY? 4) ACTUALLY I HAVE TAKEN PRACTICAL TRAINING AND NOT REAL WORK EXPERIENCE. SO IN DS-160 FORM , FIRST TIME I HAVE NOT MENTIONED WORK EXPERIENCE BUT CAN I MENTION IT NOW THOUGH I DON'T HAVE REAL WORK EXPERIENCE? PLEASE INFORM ME. THANKS.

I wish to do my graduate studies in one of the us universities in the field of computer science starting Fall 2010 and am waiting admission information from 1-2 univs. Two years back, I had attempted for H1-B visa which was put on hold. Subsequently since I got a good job in India, I did not pursue H1-B visa. Now I wish to continue with my studies after getting some job experience. My problem What shoudl I write in the DS-160 column asking: Whether you had applied for US visa earlier, if so what is the result. Whether I should write: applied for H1-B visa but put on hold or applied for H1-B visa, denied. Whether this will come in the way of my securing F-1 visa now? Hi guys I had applied for US student visa and i had stayed in uk for 4 years and 10 months. I came back from uk on 27th november and had applied for US F-1 visa for july intake, so my question is I got 3 diff. degrees in mgt. and IT so what I will answer in interview if interviewer will ask me for my london education. My student visa was rejected on 24th june.It was due to immigration file.VO thinks that i will not come back to india.I am going for bachelor's degree at pennstate under collaboration program.So if pennstate write a letter to US consulate regarding me that they are taking responsibility of me that i will return to india after my graduation.So what are my chances for visa?
I have applied for a few US universities for MS in EE for fall 09.Passed out B.Tech in 2004 with 67.6% and 9 backlogs,did PGDBA from Symbiosis through distance learning from 2005-2007 and 1 yr Graduate Diploma in Telecomm. Engg from Melbourne,Australia in 2007. My GRE 1250 and ielts 7 i am worried whether the gap in my studies and backlogs can create a problem.Why USA n not Australia for MS?
