In simple terms,
trans-acting factors are those elements which are produced
during transcription,,,, acts on promoter of different
chromosome.

Transcription factors are the elements which promotes the
transcription, i.e, product of transcritpion.

i got 59/120 in toefl. i have also 90% in 12th science.am i eligible for going usa for biotechnology? i ll also take SAT exam. i want to apply pensylvania,new jursey or newyork . plz hep me.
