As a TL i will be identifying each member strengths and
weakness. I will be filling the gap of that individual
weakneeses by motivating by giving a room for improvements
by giving positive and right feedback. And i will make sure
that each individual is responsible person and feel the
importance in the team. So finally Team work comes in hand.
So that when team performs well we can make sure each
individual carry best part of their carrier life. I will
make sure each member of the team is leader in short span.
