sir unfortunately 50 backlogs as at the intial stage of my
UG i was not consern abt the importance of %tags and the
backlogs n when i realised there were lot of backlogs but
in finally in my final sem i cleared 12 backlogs in single
shot and got 75%in my final year with project work 88@...
hope this will really work out

Hello there, I am an international student. I used to study english in the USA but for some bad issue I had to back to my country. The problem is that I didn't go to my classes for almost month and I didn't pay the rent for 5 months. Now I got admitted to University of Oregon and I am planning to issue a new visa. The ques is " Can I issue a new visa?" after these all kinds of problems.
