advantage:
by using the large scheduling quantum..almost all the
processes are completed with in schedule time..so we can
avoid the context switching which takes 10% cpu real time...
disadvantage:
if scheduling quantum is too large it is similar to fifo
algorithm...to do so average waiting time is
increased...and system throughput is decreased
