RMU-Ring Main Unit
It consists of Isolator-Breaker-Isolator configuration.
The RMU is used in the 11 kV HT Power network.
The RMU is using SF6 gas for the arc quenching medium. All
the two isolator and one breaker are in the one chamber
having SF6 gas.
The breaker is having O/C and E/F protection using relays.
The isolator is being used for the operation on ON LOAD due
to the SF6 gas medium.
