What is Recruitment?
Answer Posted / pranav pota
The definition of Recruitment is best seen in the
term: "making friends". It is only logical that a man will
join the group with which he feels most at home. It is a
wide procedure to place a proper person on the right place
with the right time in an organization. Recruitment has its
own procedure and after completion of its procedure,
organization can run smoothly.
