i have taken 6 1/2 yrs to complete my Bachelors in mechanical engineering with 56.5 % and 31 backlogs. GRE score of 1150 and TOEFL 100. I have sound knowledge though in mechanical design and CAD concepts which i plan to do MS in..?? Do i have any chance ti get an F1..? What would the V.O ask me..?? sir i am a nurse....i have applied for f1 student visa,for tofel study....but...they asked to me wht was your mode of study language,,,,ie english..the why u go for tofel? they told me..this time u nr not eligible for visa...and gave one paper.i asked to him sir what is the reason for rejection?they mentioned that fund is not sufficient...but they did not asked about any fund....what should i do for next application...?

Hello all, I have been approved for Ph.D with full funding and I have a minor with me.So, should I file his application for F2 (that is dependent Visa) with my F1 application or fill it later once I got approved for F1 and then go with drop box option?
