DCS- Distributed control system controls the closed loops
with seperate discributed controllers for each and every
single loop.it is suitable for continuous process. In many
critical plants we use this DCS panels.

PLC-Programmable logic controllers are mainly used for the
batch process controls and it works according to the
programming done on it.
