well, solution manager is a system in which all the other
systems information is embedded,i.e all the other systems
(dev,qas and prd )are configured in to this solution
manager system.
Coming to its usage,everything can be centrally monitored
and can be operated centrally....there are various
operations can be performed thru soluiton manager like
1)generating keys during installation of sap 2)optimizer 3)
central alert monitoring 4)service desk configration.
