oil viscosity means resistance offered b/t the two layer of
flowing fluid.it is the ratio of the shear stress to the
velocity gradient.
specific gravity is the ratio of specific denisty of fluid
to the specific denisty of standard fluid.for lquid
standered fluid is taken as water and for gas standared
fluid is taken as
air.
