Ans:When the sales transaction is completed.
Qustion:When the Sale transcation is completed? Issue of

Answer: When the Bill is received.
C-FORM CAN ONLY BE OBTAINED FROM SALES TAX AUTHORITY AFTER
THE TRANSACTION GET COMPLETED.
SO,On the receipt of Bill, purchaser dealer will obtained C-
form from the sales tax authority and sand to the seller.
so in my opinion Culcutta Party has to release C-form in
July Sep Quarter.
