Synchronization is the process of connecting alternator to
the grid system or aiternators which are already connected
parllely.
after it is syncronised to the grid system then it is said
to be working parrlel with another alternators

in my industry we are using 3 step up transformers for induction heaters..i.e 415/580v and other are 11/440v.in power consumption does a step trnsformer makes any difference compared to step up?? plz explain
