how we can logon on 800 client if user sap* and ddic is
lock by sap admin. but client 000 is login successful.
is there any other way? from 000 client.

Login into 000 client with SAP*.
Using RZ11 display the parameter login/no_automatic_user_sapstar.See the Default value will be 1.
Using RZ10 change this parameter to 0.After changing this parameter you need to restart the server.
After that you can login into 800 client using SAP* with password PASS.
