Please correct me if i am wrong. Below is what i believe
the answer.
It is necessary to make sure that the system works even at
boundaries also.
For eg: if the input values for a field needs to be tested
between 1 and 100 then initial conditions like 0,1 are
needed and end conditions like 99,100 are needed for
testing.
Boundary value analysis technique can be used for testing
initial and end conditions.
