i had a 3 round interview with emerson one week back. After
the last round i.e., the HR round the HR person told dat she
will call me in couple of days. i did nbot receive any
response from her. So, i sent a mail to her but not receive
any reponse. Then after 2 days I called her den she told me
that my profile is on hold. What does that mean?

That means they are still thinking about ur salary
expectation or they are waiting for some more candidates to
get interviewed and if they wont find any above to you.
they will tell u to join.
