1.a circle has greatest cross sectional area per unit perimeter.
2.the fineness ratio,which is "length of fuselage/fuselage diameter",the drag for large fineness ratio is denominated by skin friction component which is relatively less.
3.low aerodynamic drag.
4.it resist the hoop's stess..
