OFTEN THE NEUTRAL ACTS AS A RETURN PATH.
FOR EVERY APPLIANCE THERE SHOULD BE A SAFE DEVICE TO
SAFEGUARD THE HUMAN BEING WHO CONTROLS THE EQUIPMENT THUS
THE EARTHING ACTS A SAFEGUARD TO PREVENT THE OPERATOR FROM
THE ELECTRIC SHOCK
