RPI-REQUEST PACKET INTERVAL
NUT- NETWORK UPDATE TIME
RPI SHOULD BE GREATER THAN NUT LETS SAY RPI=20MS AND NUT
=10MS BECAUSE FOR EACH REQUEST EXECUTION NETWORK SHOULD BE
