Air is a bad conductor of heat.why it becomes hot in summer?
Answer Posted / amit bardhan
Although air is a bad conductor of heat, it can still get
heated up, as it is not completely unable to conduct heat.
Bad conductors of heat do not necessarily have to be unable
to conduct heat; they are only lousier conductors then the
good ones like metal. Hence, air still does conduct heat,
only slower
