hi friends iam going to attend visa interview for F1 one
17th may and actually i had 9 baclogs which were cleard by
next attempt, if they ask me how many baclogs did u have?
then can i say that i dont have any backlogs if i say like
that is there any problem most probobly they wont check our
documents rt...let me knw whether i can do this are not..

sir, is it mandatory to carry original score card for visa interview since i may nt recieve original score card before the day i go to interview plsssssssss suggest

Hi , I have finished by B.E in 2006 ,after that i have been working in Infosys from 2006 till date.My company has a policy where i can avail a 1.5 yrs - 2 yrs of leave. Can i tell this reason to the visa interviewer when he asks for the reason for me to come back home ..India ?? I have applied for the university last year but differed the application due to personel reasons.. in case the visa interview asks me can i tell me that " as i was in middle of some project i couldnt take up the course last year .." hi, i am permananent resident of usa i want to sponser my wife when i get my citizenship which is late 2011(apon advice of lawyer friend) my wife is coming to usa for education(f-1) only thing left in her student visa is her interview all her documents are complete she is coming for 4 year education program. only thing I am worried about is can they deny her visa based on that me(her husband) is in usa. I do know while she is studying in usa and i become citizen and sponser her she does not have to go back to her country even after her visa is expired. if they bring this point up in interview what could they ask and what should be best reply thank you very much

Sir my sister applied for visa and got rejected thrice when she was coming in the train unfortunately her passport got drowned in water as some one kept a water bottle open in the top and it poured into the cloth bag in which she kept her passport and when we took to the regional passport office and asked for replacement of the pages they said they need to give her a new passport as the previous one is damaged now my question if she wants to apply for the visa again is it possible she can apply with a new passport or she has to use the old passport as she has got the new passport now if so what are the procedures
sir i am a nurse....i have applied for f1 student visa,for tofel study....but...they asked to me wht was your mode of study language,,,,ie english..the why u go for tofel? they told me..this time u nr not eligible for visa...and gave one paper.i asked to him sir what is the reason for rejection?they mentioned that fund is not sufficient...but they did not asked about any fund....what should i do for next application...?

Hi, My friends F-1 VISA is refused 3 times in year 2008 by US CONSULATE MUMBAI, INDIA (for SUNY Binghamton). Today was her 3rd time and after rejecting the VISA Officer said to her that she can not apply again for VISA. When can she reapply for VISA? Can she apply for same University? Is she allowed to apply only 3 times a year? If it is so then can she apply in January 2009 (college commences on Jan 15th 2009). Thanking you in advance, Anant
