Do Testers write or update a Testplan? I know its the
TeamLead responsbility but i want an exact answer for
interview purpose?
By any chance if they ask do you ever got to
write the Test plan in such cases what to answer?

it depends on organization
if organization has small team size them like say 2 so it
is 2 tester job to do eveything.
but if it has more number of tester then there will be a
test lead who will do the higherlevel work like test plan
and test stratergy

hi all I have an overall experience of 12 years working in an EDP setup(worked in a manufacturing setup in a German MNC). On my request, I was relieved from my duties in Sep 06 for maternity reasons. However I would like to pursue a career in a software organization as a manual tester.
