10th,12th & b.tech) for IES & RRB ?

There is no eligibility criteria, yet implemented for RRB, as it is predetermined in the following manner:
i) For getting admission in 12th std (Sc.), one must have to passed 10th with a minimum of 50 %.
ii) For admission in Engineering, Minimum requirement is of 50%
so if some one have this much marks can easily become an engineer and thus this is the criteria for RRB.
However, for IES, One must be expert in economics as it is Indian Economy Service
