Vicky, Approach you wrote is really good.
But in case of replacement, there might be the case like
you will replace few words which you don't want to replace.
Ex. A word say 'To' exist in the page and u replaced it
with some word 'do' in that case it will also change the
words start with 'To' which is not expected.
Can anyone suggest the write answer for the same.
