i have query on bank reco. pls suggest me on my following
question
my bank bal as on 31.3.09 was rs 700000 but after
reconsilation it was 100000 because there was two three
cheque was ulcleard. which bal should i take in new FY &

As you told your bank book bal. is rs. 700000/- but bal. as per bank is 100000/-. So you have to show bank bal. rs. 100000/- in your books and rest of balance you have to show in cheques receivable. When your cheques will be cleared then you debit your bank account with 600000/- and credit to the cheques receivable.
