Can anyone tell me,that I am working in Allahabad bank
clerical post and now i have qualified in sbi written exam
but for my interview i am not getting noc,so can i appear
in the interview?

yes the noc is very much needed. i too had attended the interview on 28th there i saw two persons went back with out undergoing interview because they don't have noc.

Sir I was cleared the sbi written exam and call for a interview . but I have 1 problem i.e in my certificates my sur name is written after my name but in my sbi chalana and also in application I write the sur name before my name l Is it any problem for me to crash the interview plz send me the answer
